Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the thermal camera and all accessories are packed securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
